个人简介
Yifan Zhang received the B.S. degree in medical from Shandong Medical University, Jinan, China, the M.Med. degree from the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Beijing, China, and the Ph.D. degree in food science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
She was a Postdoctoral Scholar at the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center, The Ohio State University. Her research focuses on microbial food safety, including the prevalence and persistence of antimicrobial resistance in food and agriculture, phage as a reservoir and transmission vehicle of antimicrobial resistance, food safety and sustainability in urban agriculture, and development of novel food safety control.
