Online Allocation of Sensing and Computation in Large Graphs

摘要
We consider vehicle tracking over a large territory equipped with sensors and computational units, and propose online resource allocation algorithms that decide which sensor nodes to activate, and on which computational units to perform the corresponding tracking tasks. We show through numerical evaluation that our approach can notably outperform state of art algorithms in terms of delay, communication cost, and the number of required sensor measurements.
