The aging operation status of the Press-Pack IGBT (PP-IGBT) device is crucial for MMC systems, and traditional offline monitoring methods make it difficult to accurately reflect the device status. This article proposes an online evaluation method for the fretting wear aging status of the PP-IGBT device based on software and hardware information interaction. Firstly, design a PP-IGBT digital state evaluation interaction system, which is constructed through a hardware interaction system and software interaction system, respectively, which is used to achieve efficient information exchange and coupling between various components; Subsequently, the variation patterns of characteristic parameters under different aging degrees of the PP-IGBT device are analyzed, and a state evaluation model for the PP-IGBT device is constructed. Finally, based on the constructed digital twin interaction system and the proposed aging status evaluation method for the PP-IGBT device, the aging status during the fretting wear process is evaluated.
