Material conveying and heat-preservation system for air cushion conveyor

The invention discloses a material conveying and heat-preservation system for an air cushion conveyor. The material conveying and heat-preservation system is constituted by a heat supply fan platform,a heat supply fan, a heat supply main pipe, a ventilation cover, a heat inlet branch pipe and pipeline heat-preservation cotton. The heat supply fan platform is arranged on the upper portion of the air cushion belt type conveyor in a straddling mode; platform guardrails are welded to the edge of the periphery of the heat supply fan platform by pieces; the heat supply fan is fixed to the heat supply fan platform with bolts; one end of the heat supply main pipe is connected with an air outlet of the heat supply fan through flange surface bolts; and a set of connecting hoses, a main pipe supportand the heat inlet branch pipe are arranged along the heat supply main pipe at certain intervals. The connecting hoses are connected with the heat supply main pipe; the main pipe support is used forsupporting the heat supply pipe; hot air in the heat supply main pipe is delivered into a material cavity through the heat inlet branch pipe; the heat inlet branch pipe and the heat supply main pipe are wrapped with the heat-preservation cotton in the whole process; and holes are formed in an air box sealing cover at certain intervals, and the formed holes are covered with the ventilation cover.
