MPS Appraisal online - An Experience on COVID-19 Times.

The COVID-19 pandemic has imposed restrictions for travel and face-to-face work meetings in Brazil and the world. MPS appraisals were mandatorily carried out in person with visits from the assessors to the company. This period of social isolation required adaptations so the appraisals can be carried out online and remotely. This paper reports the experience of a remote MPS assessment and the adaptations that were made on the MPS appraisal process. Finally, the critical success factors are discussed in the opinion of the assessment team, the MPS implementer and the company.
