摘要

•Three key genes (CCL5, FSCN1, HS3ST1) were identified between ALL and lymphoma by using GEO database.•All the three key genes were overexpressed in ALL cell lines and ALL patients.•All the three key genes participated in proliferation and apoptosis, were regulated by the NF-kB axis.
