摘要

•We describe the use of GPU technology for large-scale neuroscience data processing.•The GPU application focuses on neural circuit mapping-based data analysis.•To our best knowledge, this is the first demonstration in this subfield of neuroscience.•GPU computation allows for increased speeds while retaining data precision.
