Metrological Provision of Specimens Intended for Adjusting Ultrasonic Defectoscopes in Monitoring Nonferrous Metal Articles

Suggestions are given for improving regulatory documents as concerns replacement of measurement monitoring implemented using a collection of specimens. An example is given for alternative measurement of quality indices for specimens made from materials with different acoustic properties. An essential factor in increasing the accuracy of specimen certification is the suppression of noise field effects.
