Proceedings of the 13th Workshop on Formal Techniques for Java-Like Programs

The 13th Workshop on Formal Techniques for Java-like Programs (FTfJP), a satellite workshop of ECOOP 2011, took place in Lancaster, UK, on July 26, 2011. In response to the call for papers, twelve papers were submitted. Each paper received at least four reviews. After a week-long electronic PC meeting, nine papers were accepted for presentation at the workshop. I wish to thank the entire Program Committee for their thorough evaluation and thoughtful discussions of the submissions.
